[amsat-bb] PCSat Plugin for UI-View32

I downloaded and installed a very cool plug-in for UI-View32 which does 
predictions for PCSat as well as display and decode the TLM.  It seems very 
neat to me but I've never heard any mention on this BB about it 
before.  Has this been discussed here?
