The proper path for the ARISS Digipeater is UNPROTO APRS via ARISS
Or UNPROTO CQ VIA ARISS

The digipeater will do callsign substitution on the downlink so you
konwhow it was handled.  The digipeater also supports the common APRS
digipeater aliases of RELAY and WIDE.
