Hello, Rent an electric jack-hammer. Good luck, If there is a rebar cage in 
there you are gonna need some !    Concrete is pretty weak and breaks apart 
easily with some hard blows,  when it is poured around re-bar, the rebar absorbs 
the vibrations (which is the reason to use it) and makes it quite hard to 
break apart. Pete
