[amsat-bb] Nice crowd on SO-50

Nice group on SO-50 on this eve's pass.  Nice meeting you, Egon, Chuck and
Jerry.

I am noticing a 4-5 khz shift down in center freq after doppler correction.
Has this been a constant so I can re-program the new center freq, perhaps
436.795mhz or has it been changing?  I have noticed this same offset the
last few times I've heard SO-50.
