[amsat-bb] KISS commands

Does anyone have the Kiss Command Codes (Byte codes sent in KISS mode) to
init a KPC-9612 or a Sprint-2 TNC into full dup KISS mode?  Working on a
program that needs to init the TNC for 9k6 packet in KISS mode.
