[amsat-bb] lets get focused on fund raising.

Just think if AMSAT-bb charged you $10.00 for every flame and counter flame
that was posted here on this list, there would already be enough money to
get echo launched, and to get started on project eagle, so lets lite the
fire under that thermometer and get it a rising instead of under each other.

question on project echo, is there going to be a pl tone required on the
uplink mode-B, if so what is the reason for it, I could see the reason for
it if it was mode-J?
