[amsat-bb] cell phones

Hi guys,
old cell phones seem to be a gold mine of parts, The transistors and
passive components seem to be easy enough to identify, but the
oscillators , mixers and amps im having trouble with, does anyone know
of a web page or other source where i can consult to find out any
information?
