[amsat-bb] NO-45 over Australia

Hello everyone,

Occasionally, someone enquires about LEO satellites that are available over 
Australia. I haven't put much effort into NO-45 but it is receivable here 
with quite a reasonable signal. The following shows that I have received at 
least on packet:

1: fm VK4BVM to CQ via KE6QMD* ctl SABM+
