[amsat-bb] AO-7 Beacon

Since AO-7 became "stuck" in Mode B the Mode B beacon has been on and 
strong most passes.   Several stations (including myself) reported that 
this changed over the weekend and the beacon was not to be heard.

I'm happy to announce that the beacon was definitely on this AM on orbit 
32905 having been heard both here and in Europe.
