[amsat-bb] IC910 Remote Control by Wisp using KCT

Having problems controlling our new Icom 910 via the CI-V interface 
using Wisp and a KCT card.
With the 910 in sat mode, when a frequency update occurs on the sub-band 
(TX), the radio goes into low power mode with max power out of 5Watts.
Has anyone successfully controlled a 910 using Wisp and if so what 
commands are used in the RR.ini file?
