[amsat-bb] Patch feed vs. Helix ???

Am I correct to say that a 5 turn helix has more gain than a patch feed
for the AO-40 downlink ???

If I am using a 5 turn helix for the AO-40 downlink now, what advantage
would I gain going to a patch feed ???
