Hi Mike,

I wouldn't bother modifing a 2 mtr beam for weather sats -- they work just
fine since you're not transmitting.  I've been using my 2 mtr sat antenna
for the 137 MHz weather sats for some time.  By the way some 2 mtr pre-amps
will filter out the 137 MHz sat band so check the spec sheet if you get one.
