[amsat-bb] SO-50 west coast passes

Has anybody heard SO-50 on any of its passes over the west coast?  Looking 
at Dave's Oscar status page, I see lots of folks east of me making contacts, 
but whenever I listen, it's quiet.  Then I notice that those passes tend to 
be west of me, over the Pacific.

Is SO-50 not enabled over the ocean?
