[amsat-bb] W9AE Portable DXpedition Kit

For those of you who aren't aware, Wayne W9AE has a portable DXpedition kit 
that is available for loan to anyone in the US who is planning to activate 
a rare gridsquare.  Wayne and I have added a feature article about it to
