[amsat-bb] ISS digi active

Hi,

The digipeater on the ISS seems to be working again. I heard my own packets 
(shown below) returned on 145.800.

Note that RS0ISS* and PCSAT-1*  in the text part of my APRS postion tx are 
there to make sure the packets appear on the Findu site (Stations heard 
by...). ISS packets here are relayed via terrestrial stations before 
hitting an SGATE, so don't normally appear on the "heard by" list. This is 
my way around the problem.
