Hi,
after having published here the decision of VK9CD to cease AO-40 operation,
I have received many complaints. So I have let know the AO-40 operator of
VK9CD, which is Hartmut DM5TI that there are still many in NA stations who
want to work VK9CD. There is a link to VK9CD between DM3ML, Eike and VK9CD
through WinLink.

AO-40 was real sugar but not our planned main activity. The total of 250
AO-40 QSO's have cost us about 2000 - 3000 QSO's on HF.
But due to the strong demand from NA we will once more put together the
AO-40 setup, and we will be qrv on AO-40 on 20 October from 15:00 to 18:00
UTC. We are looking out for working as many as possible.
DM3ML has already announced this in short on the AO-40 Logger.
Please visit their very nicely made homepage at http://www.qsl.net/vk9xt/
Find below a list for mid and western USA to VK9CD. Unfortunately eastern
USA is never in the window.
QTH1 and responding Az1 and EL1 is VK9CD
QTH2 and responding Az2 and El2 is mid USA (EN00)and outmost west USA (CN80)
repectively.
