This was on the SEESat list

I think SZ-5 will be all in S-band (2200-2300 MHz) and compatible with 
western standards. Anyhow, for those fortunate enough to have SZ-5 over
the 
horizon, try any and all of these old Chinese space frequencies:

179.95-180.01 MHz
380-400 MHz (try especially 393.675 MHz). This band is used also for 
Chinese launch vehicles.
479.97-480.02 MHz
