[amsat-bb] Telemetry at MA 234 on 10-10-03 1315Z

AO-40 RCVR was unable to decode telemetry on MA 240 on 10-10-03 until 1315Z signal was present on waterfall. 
Probably data for satellite attitude adjustment. During theses transmissions the AO40RCVR automatic doppler 
correction was not functionning?

How to decoded it? and what about RUDAK experiment as per satellite manifest RUDAK was intended for digital 
mode. As some of us are trying their soundcard digital decoder and these modes are gaining in popularity can 
RUDAK be available for general use?
