[amsat-bb] STSAT-1 launch was delayed !

Hello,

This is the STSAT command groundstation in South Korea.
The STSAT-1 launch was delayed 24hours because of technical problem of the rocket.
Thus, The satellite will be launched at 06:11UTC 27th September 2003.
