FW: FW: SO-41 active

Reinhard,
Yesturday I didnt know that so-41 was active untill I had saw a post on the
amsat-bb.
Sometimes during the day or evening I will be tracking sats on my pc and
just pull up my memories in my Icom 821 just to listen in and sometimes its
there sometimes it isnt.I have made cruticial mistakes in the past like not
keeping my pc time up to date or like not having the daylight flag set
correctly.
I think that so-41 has a timmer on it so it may not be turned on in your
area.
I hate to say it for me I only gather my information from chancing it or
from the amsat-bb.

Glenn kd5dga

Hello Glenn,

could you please enlighten me how to access SO-41? I have never heard it
over Germany. Does it also require an subaudio tone like SO-50?

 Reinhard
