[amsat-bb] Aproaching passbands closing?

As last year between october 6 and november 15 i think about 3 axis stabilisation and solar pannel 
deployment. The last message regarding that matter seems to indicate an indefinite postponment. Is this is 
still valid? And what is the status of AO-40? Can we think ao-40  commissionning is completed or suspended?
