I think that most?all Garmins do Maidenhead.
I just wonder if the amateur who works/ed for them and who, I guess, made
this happen, would stand up and take a bow so that we could salute him/her!
I often ponder on how the locator system that was "invented" in a pub
(drinking hall) in a town in England called Maidenhead managed some ten or
fifteen years later to make it into the core programming of a range of GPS
receivers.....
