[amsat-bb] Upgrading Nova

There have been problems upgrading Nova sometimes. I'm thinking of 
upgrading my copy.  Do I want to delete the old one and then install the 
new, or should I try and upgrade over the top of the old one?  I want to 
keep my settings if possible.
