Hi Barry,

IRLP repeaters are those voice repeaters that are connected to the Internet
Radio Linking Project. They have nothing to do with amateur satellites, but
the discussion appeared on the AMSAT-BB as part of a wider discussion about
the need to keep satellite frequencies clear of other users.

Dino wrote of IRLP simplex, but I am not familiar with that.
