[amsat-bb] Need doc help on AIL7514 PANFI

I have an ill 7514 and I actually have a photocopied manual, but it's 
missing the fold-out pages 5-13, 5-14 which have the troubleshooting tree 
on them (of course...).
Any chance anyone out there can shoot a copy of just that page(s)?  I'd be 
most obliged.  Expenses covered, of course.
