[amsat-bb] AO-40 Update, re. VP9MU

Paul Willmott has weathered hurricane Fabian with some relatively minor 
structural damages to his roof.  His antennas were removed prior to the 
storm's arrival.  However, he has no electricity and it is unclear how long 
he will be without power.  It could well be more than a week.  Therefore, 
until further notice, please hold all AO-40 telemetry files until Paul 
announces that he is back on line and ready to receive them.
