See the July 2003 QST for one possible solution. Another way would to be to
go to e-bay, spend $50 on another actuator and make the elevation
(declination) adjustable. How to do this depends on your specific dish
mount.
Actuators run fine on 24-36VDC some will run on 12V DC.
