[amsat-bb] VK6XH, revised operating times

I've been looking at the best times to operate tonight ( local Perth night
that is ) and I believe I'm in with a chance for the western carribean and
mainland US from about 15-00 utc to 19-30 utc so will concentrate operations
in that period. ( 11-00 to 03-30 local time Tuesday night / Wed morning )
