[amsat-bb] SO-41 1950Z pass 8/29/03

I heard SO-41 transmitting today what sounded like a carrier in 1-2 second
bursts. I'm assuming this is a 9k6 or higher digital downlink. I'm pretty
sure Spacequest must have been acessing it as it was silent until they were
within view of the satellite.
