[amsat-bb] Feedback on your Sat Chart

At first I thought the "time measurable" format (a) was preferable, however 
as I  realized that the reports come from all over the world, time does become 
less significant

Oh ...and BTW....there are a lot less productive things you could be doing 
with your study time...if you need any suggestions just ask, I probably have 
done them all...hihi
