[amsat-bb] Dish Formulas ?

    I am interested in finding primary resource material to explain how to
design a dish antenna.  I don't know what the formulas are to calculate
gain, focal point and so on.  Where should I look to find such primary
references ?
    Does someone out there have a program already written to calculate dish
antenna parameters with just a few input variables ?
    I am interested in designs for an ultra portable dish for S/L mode.  For
example one that will fit in a suitcase and can be carried all over the
world.
