[amsat-bb] VUSat Orbit Update

Nagesh VU2NUD wrote to me and indicated the following:

"The orbit will be polar at an altitude of about 800Km."

This seems to be similar to the orbit of UO-14.

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but VUSat will be SSB, not FM.
