[amsat-bb] How to get QSL of FO-29 digitalker

Hello, everyone,
this is ji1izr/Masahiro.

I made a phone call to JARL office and got the information
 how to get the QSL of FO-29 digitalker.

1. Write a report about FO-29 dititalker on A4 sized paper.
 Contents are like these:

 Title: Report of FO-29, 'Fuji Oscar 3'
 Day & time:
 Place you watched:
 Frequency & Mode:
 Signal report: RS
 The message you got from the bird: (for example, 'This is...': write as you
listened or express the sound.)
 Your RX:
 Your Antenna:
 Your name, call-sign and address:
 Comments on your listening to the bird:

2. Send the report with SASE; 1 IRC is available instead of the stamp.
 The address is:

 'Fuji Sat 3' Report Section, Technology Division
 JARL (Japan Amateur Radio League)
 1-14-5 Sugamo Toshima-ku
 Tokyo 170-8073
 Japan

The officer was delighted to hear
 that you are interested in listening to digitalker of FO-29.

The schedule of digitalker will be till tomorrow, 26th.
Frequency is 435.910MHz+-doppler.
