[amsat-bb] FO-29/JARL Ham Fair Update

Masa, JN1GKZ sent me email after attending the JARL Ham Fair in Tokyo. He 
indicated that the Chief of the FO-29 Command Center passed on his 
apologies for not sending out an advanced notice about the change in FO-29 
mode.  Perhaps AMSAT organizations (collectively) can work out a way to 
communicate scheduling in advance.  Could save a few people from coronary ;-)

Masa said the fair was well attended, but also indicated that, contrary to 
expectations, Yaseu, Kenwood and Icom did not introduce any new satellite 
gear this year.
