I am Masahiro Tokumitsu, 7N4UZD.

I heard the signal of SO-50 in Tokyo, Japan. But I could not any signal of 
SO-50 at 4:30(UTC) pass.
Maybe the repeater has been  OFF, too, when the repeater has been over 
Japan.
