[amsat-bb] UO-14 still MIA

Hi folks,

03:27z 8/15 pass of UO-14 - nothing heard here in CM98 on an 80 degree pass.
Had the preamp on and everything.

Of course, I had just told everyone on the local club net to tune in...

time I'll check here first.
