Dear friends.

I'm sad to inform you that during this morning's orbit (70,781), and
during  its pass over South America between 12:39 and 13:04 UTC, UO-14
was none operational, no signal was to be detected despites the fact
that YV5GRV and I were making attempts to stablish contact with the
bird.
