UO-14 Update at 19:30UTC

This report is a summary of what stations in Alaska have relayed to me.
1) One station near Anchorage reported hearing a very faint signal from
another station ~200 miles away in Valdez. The doppler was consistent with
what was expected from UO-14, but the station couldn't hear his own
downlink. This was during the 17:45 UTC Pass over southern Alaska.
2) On the same pass, VE6EGN was unable to hear any signals from the satellite.
3) On the pass that occurred at 19:15 UTC which was a high orbit pass for
Alaska, 3 stations reported that they were unable to hear any signals.
Item 1 is curious because earlier today Carlos, PY2FFZ wrote: "Over
Brasil, only a weak signal in the downlink. What's going on?" Which implies
he heard his downlink.
