[amsat-bb] Ogasawara Island operational now via AO40

Hi All,

Just made a nice QSO on AO40 with JD1YAB at 01:05 UTC
august 14 2003 orbit 1279 MA=178  

Aky is operating CW and SSB from the island of Ogasawara in 
QL17CB about 1000 Km south of Tokyo and has a good signal.
