[amsat-bb] UO-14, 1456 UTC, 13-Aug-2003

Just as the bird came up over the horizon,I thought 
perhaps I heard about two seconds of someone talking, then 
silence for the entire pass. I was using an Icom W32A HT 
with an AL800 antenna, but still should have heard the 
bird.
