[amsat-bb] UNITRAC2003 demo startup problems

Hello the net:

I downloaded UP3_105.exe from etelectronics and tried to start it up

I got a message: component `MScomm32.ocx` or one of its dependencies not 
correctly registered, a file is missing or invalid

I can not go any further.

Anyone have any thoughts on how to progress ?

I am running on my HP Pavilion 533w (Wal-Mart special) with windows XP home.
