[amsat-bb] quadrifilar GPS antenna and PCB patch.

Hi,

I have reverse-engineered two antennas, one is a GPS quadrifilar(1.5GHZ),
the other is some kind of PCB patch(400MHZ),rescaled they may be usefull
for satellite use.
