[amsat-bb] 8J1RF sked 12th & 16th

Obi, 8J1RF will be on AO-40 for NA and SA at 0530-0630z 12th and 16th
Aug. I hope he will operate until his LOS. He can operate until around
0.5deg elevation.

Windows from 8J1RF is getting smaller. 8J1RF is located on 77.19.11S,
39.42.39E, 3810m above sea. Check your mutual windows. Sorry, no
windows for west coast.

He worked following number of stations on his recent western passes.
