[amsat-bb] Small Sat Conf, Bring Radio

PCSAT2 will be on the air at the AIAA/USU Small Satellite Conference in
Logan Utah 11-15 Aug.

It will support APRS on 145.825
and PSK-31 downlink on 435.275 (or 250, i forget which crystal is in it)

For what it's worth N6CO copied a packet from PCsat today.  So it aint
totally dead either...
