[amsat-bb] UO-14 off?

I'm hoping that there is a problem with my gear and not the satellite (gear 
can be fixed).  But I just finished working AO-7, and then switched over 
for the 17:18Z US west coast UO-14 pass, and heard nothing.  Has anyone 
else experienced this?
