[amsat-bb] W1PA FD pictures, and W0LMD/W0FMS Patch

I finally scanned the negatives from FD...    as well as
pictures of a W0LMD patch, with W0FMS' upgrades, that I built and put on my
primestar
dish this weekend (picture of the temp set-up also in the patch folder).
No formal test equipment, but it seemed to work pretty good
(s3 noise floor, S7 beacon)
