I believe the arc> version of packetcluster nodes will accept the
2401.xxx frequency just fine... at least it did when I just tried it:
04-Aug-2003,05:02,AO40TEST,2401.1,CW,N5WD,"TEST OF 2.4GHZ INPUT"
04-Aug-2003,05:02,FO5RH,7003.2,CW,W2QN,"FO"
04-Aug-2003,05:04,LY1PM,14199.0,SSB,W6ED,"PETER 59+20

I use either WF5E = WF5E.no-ip.com
or N5IN at DXSPOTS.COM
both of those are TELNET addresses.
