[amsat-bb] 5N0EVR on AO40

Just worked Vladi 5N0EVR on AO40.  He is in grid JJ16.  Right now he is
about 22 kHz above the beacon.

He was very weak for me receiving on a 60cm dish and a DEM preamp.  He seems
to hear very well, but doesn't have a strong uplink signal.

I'l be glad when the good AO40 DX windows quit being in the middle of the
night...so will my wife.
