[amsat-bb] Telemetry Archive & WeberSat?

At the recent AMSAT-UK Colloquium, I had an enquiry about getting some
old WeberSat temperature WOD.  Can anyone out there help?

IIRC there was a station in Canada, who started a general satellite
telemetry archive.  Does this facility still exist?

Any help would be most appreciated.
