Hi Emi,

I believe the keps you indicated in your recent email for CUTE-I are
incorrect.   I confirmed that I am tracking AOS/LOS for CUTE-I and Cubesat
XI-IV this morning.  Here with the keps I am using to listen for CanX-1 are
what I used for CUTE-I and Cubesat XI-IV:

Here is some of the TLM I copied from CUTE-I to confirm AOS/LOS of it's
signal.

Based on my observations CUTE-I could not possibly be NORAD 27847 as it's
TLM was not heard coming over the horizon until ~8 minutes after 27847 had
passed.  Can someone else confirm my observations?
